Workout or Yoga for Fitness



Are you conscious about your fitness? I hope many of us will give the answer as yes but when the time comes to get conscious about it, we look out for a gym or a fitness centre. Many of us would have certainly joined a La Fitness centre probably in our place.

But is it so necessary to join a gymnasium or a fitness centre? I say no. But yes, if you have joined it and attending it on a regular basis.
People generally join these centers as they find themselves too busy in their work or sometimes we become very lazy to think of our fitness without joining any gym.

I can show you some more ways of becoming fit without joining a gymnasium or a La Fitness centre.
People find it difficult to wake up in the morning and go for jogging. We hesitate to do exercises and require a trainer or a coach who can guide us.
But can’t we do jogging on a daily basis on our own treadmill if we have one at out house? Of course we can and it will be a lot easier than joining a gym as we can do it according to our own timings.

If some of us have the answer to the above question as no, then also there is no problem. I can understand that people don’t want to spend their earnings on treadmill. Don’t spend on it. Just spend very little amount on buying a skipping rope and do skipping daily twice for 5 to 10 minutes. It is more than you jog for 20 minutes. Believe me. It requires more energy to do skipping than it requires in jogging.

The other option with us is to do regular yoga exercises. People think that it is not recommended to do yoga without a teacher but now-a-days we have the teachers on internet. You can also buy some yoga dvd and do it by following them. It is very simple actually.
And the basic point in doing yoga is that you can have all the benefits of doing regular exercises in yoga as well and in addition to that it will be beneficial for your mind as well. You can research on this by going on to google and get the information.

So it is just that we want to be fit or we don’t want to be fit. There is no other reply. If we want to be fit we have choose some way either the workout option in a gym or at least the other way which is to do yoga and some basic warm ups at home.
