Dance and Water Aerobics

Aerobics has blossomed into a sport for all to have fun while losing weight and keeping in shape. There are varied forms of aerobics including low-impact, swim and other water aerobics is popular. Dance is still the predominant form and may be inspired by ballet, country line dancing, salsa or even hip-hop.
Don’t worry dance is not the only form in which you can perform aerobics but if you love dancing then you must start it in this particular fashion.
A typical aerobics schedule begins with 5-10 minutes of warm-ups and stretching, peaks with 20-30 minutes of target heart range dance, can include 20 minutes of a muscle stretching floor program known as body sculpting, and ends with 5-10 minutes of cool-down.

Water aerobics is usually done in a pool of chest-deep water. I suggest everybody to take classes under one instructor who can tell you the basics of aerobics.
Don’t worry; you don't have to know how to swim because your feet typically touch the pool bottom. Water aerobics may be just the thing if you are a senior, are pregnant or suffer from arthritis or low back pain. Water buoyancy gives you support that reduces the stress of carrying your weight. In water, you're also less likely to get injured or to be achy or sore later.

The benefits of aerobics include increased cardiopulmonary efficiency, strengthened heart and lungs, improved circulation, lowered cholesterol levels, and stress and anxiety reduction. But it is a strenuous form of exercise, and thorough preparation, wise choice of routines, proper equipment, and consideration of floor surfaces are essential to avoid injury.
It also improves your physiological and functional capacities, promoting general well-being. Aerobics provides a whole host of health benefits: it burns calories; reduces the risk of cardiac diseases by lowering blood pressure and slowing down atherosclerotic processes; improves aerobic fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility and mobility; improves muscular strength, posture and body performance in all age groups; reduces stress and increases self-esteem by helping with weight management.

It does help you remove fat by burning calories and also eases your mind, improves circulation and increases heart beat rate.
Since, there are no side effects of this exercise routine, there is no harm in investing some time, money and a trainer to aid in accomplishing your fitness goals. If you are interested in doing some of these yoga aerobics or yoga and aerobics, look no further.
